These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all guided tour services and other services provided by Caen Tourisme. By booking a service, the client accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

1. Subject and Scope

These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between Caen Tourisme (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") booking a guided tour service.

2. Bookings and Payment

2.1 Booking

Bookings are made online, by phone, or by email. The booking becomes firm and final upon confirmation by the Provider.

2.2 Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Payment is made at the time of booking by credit card, cheque, or cash. Tour rates are transparent: between €10 and €20 per person depending on the chosen service.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking confirmation will be sent to the Client by email, specifying the details of the service.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Client

• Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.
• If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the service, a full refund will be issued.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the service, no refund will be issued.

3.2 Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to cancel a tour for reasons of force majeure. In this case, a full refund will be issued or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Responsibilities of the Provider

The Provider undertakes to provide the service described in the details agreed upon with the Client. The Provider cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to external circumstances (bad weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Obligations of the Client

The Client undertakes to follow the guide's instructions and safety rules during the tours. Any inappropriate conduct that may endanger other participants may result in exclusion from the tour without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The contents of the guided tours are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the information shared during the tours is prohibited without the prior authorization of the Provider.

7. Personal Data Protection

The information collected during the booking process is necessary for the processing and management of the service. The Provider undertakes to respect the confidentiality of this data and not to use it for commercial purposes.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
